A fog in the morning, soft falling snow in the afternoon and an icy chill in the evening air. Winter is here – It’s waiting season.
October at the Lake of the Ozarks! Trees are starting to turn … leaves are beginning to fall … and there’s a bit of chill in the air.
A short stop at Shawnee Bend to catch the beautiful clouds in the sky. A slight chill in the air – nothing a light sweater can’t handle. The geese honking in the distance remind us that life is easy and free spirited at the lake.
At the Lake of the Ozarks Community Bridge, the last pink flowers of the fall are still standing tall. October brings crisp autumn days, cool nights, calm waters and relaxing times at the lake.
A golden sunset fills the western sky on a beautiful spring evening in the Lake of the Ozarks.. Soon the warmer weather – and the hum of boat engines in the air – will be here. Still waiting season.
