Somewhere between Stover and Laurie Missouri sit two mysterious, miniature haunted houses in an open field. I’m pretty sure they are haunted because I’ve only seen them in late October. The one on the left with gabled roof even has string lights. I’ll need to come back to see if they light up at night. One can only imagine the history – and possible horrors – within the walls of these creepy doll houses. The truth is, I turned around to see if they were for sale as I wanted one for my own. Unfortunately, no “for sale” sign – but no sign of blood either. I’ll see if they’re still around in November.
